1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JyotishToday ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), a Software as a Service (SaaS) product owned and operated by Business91 Consultants Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or purchasing subscription plans/AI tokens, you ("User", "Astrologer", or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimers

JyotishToday provides mathematical chart calculations (via Swiss Ephemeris) and AI-generated astrological drafts (via Google Gemini API) intended strictly as a productivity tool for professional astrologers and enthusiasts.

  • Not Professional Advice: Astrology is considered a matter of belief and is for entertainment and guidance purposes only. The charts, dashas, remedies, and AI reports generated on this platform do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.
  • Generative AI Disclaimer: The 500-word Rishi reports are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence. Generative AI is prone to "hallucinations" or logical errors. The User bears sole responsibility for reviewing, editing, and verifying the AI-generated drafts before sharing them with their end-clients.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we use highly accurate astronomical engines, Business91 Consultants Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability for errors in calculations, timing, or predictive text.

3. B2B / White-Label Liability

Certain subscription tiers (e.g., Acharya) permit Users to generate white-labeled PDF reports for their own clients. You agree that you act as an independent consultant. You shall hold harmless and indemnify Business91 Consultants Pvt. Ltd. against any claims, lawsuits, or damages filed by your end-clients arising from the use or interpretation of reports generated on our platform.

4. Subscriptions, AI Tokens, and Refunds

  • No Refunds: All payments for subscriptions (Sadhak, Acharya), Custom plans, and Lifetime AI Token Top-Ups are 100% non-refundable. Since AI generation incurs direct server and API costs to us, tokens consumed cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Plan Limits: Monthly allocations of AI credits and Client Profile limits reset according to your billing cycle. Top-Up credits purchased separately have lifetime validity and never expire.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

While we advertise "Unlimited Kundli Views," this is strictly subject to a Fair Usage Policy. The platform is designed for manual operation by a human astrologer. Any attempt to use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic methods to mass-generate charts or query our APIs will result in immediate, permanent account termination without refund.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates Indian law, engages in fraudulent payment activity, abuses the FUP, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary SaaS dashboard and AI prompt logic.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
